Operations Management

In an Event Operations Manager role, I organise and coordinate your events while ensuring that all logistics requirements are carried out according to the event plans. I will manage all aspects of planning and work closely with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.

I collaborate with you to co-create remarkable events that achieve your business goals. With a fresh, creative and personalised approach to event operations management and planning, I provide my clients with dependable communication and attention to detail throughout the process. 

I am resourceful and possess excellent problem-solving skills. I am able to react quickly to deviations in the event plans and work in a flexible workweek, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, and am comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on the nature of the events.

  • Event Planning and Consultancy
  • Collaborate with event organisers to manage event delivery
  • Develop and manage final event logistics plans to support project plans
  • Develop final transportation and parking plans for events
  • Book and manage Front of House and Back of House event staff
  • Ensure events follow Risk Assessment, Workplace Safety and Health regulations
  • Lead negotiation with vendors to secure service contracts within the event budget
  • Manage adjustments to event programmes and escalated on-site issues
  • Manage participants’ registrations to ensure timely and accurate registrations
  • Manage takeover and handover of venues
  • Resolve escalated participants’ enquiries regarding the events
  • Review vendors based on quotations obtained for the provision of goods and services and project deliverables to ensure quality standards
